By enrolling in our courses, you agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all training materials and content. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination and legal action.

Definition of Confidential Information

"Confidential Information" includes, but is not limited to:

Training videos, live session recordings, or pre-recorded content

Lab exercises, virtual lab environments, and network configurations

Internal study materials, manuals, slides, presentations, and PDFs

Source code, scripts, terminal output, or router/switch configurations

Exam materials, mock tests, solutions, and evaluation reports

Class chat discussions, instructor notes, and internal communication

Student Obligations

The student agrees to:

Keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential and not disclose or share it in any form to unauthorized persons.

Not record, download, reproduce, store, or redistribute any video sessions or teaching content without written permission from the Institute.

Not upload or distribute Institute materials on YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, Google Drive, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, or any other public or private platforms.

Use Confidential Information solely for personal educational purposes and not for any commercial, teaching, or competitive use.

Strict Prohibition on Sharing Recordings

Any Student found to have illegally recorded, downloaded, shared, or distributed training videos or materials of Connecting Cyber Networks Institute, in full or in part, will face:

Immediate termination of enrolment with no refund

Legal action under Indian copyright and IT laws

Permanent ban from all future programs or affiliations

Possible civil and/or criminal proceedings, as applicable

Warning: We take intellectual property protection seriously. All course materials are monitored and protected by advanced security measures.

Agreement and Acceptance

By enrolling in any course or program offered by Connecting Cyber Networks Institute, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not enroll in our programs. Your continued participation in our courses constitutes acceptance of these terms.
