Connecting Cyber Networks Refund Policy

Please read our comprehensive refund policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

1. Non-Refundable Fees upon Course Withdrawal

Once a student has enrolled in a course, any decision to discontinue or withdraw from the course, at any stage, shall not entitle the student to a refund of fees under any circumstances.

2. No Refund for Personal Reasons

CCN shall not be liable to refund fees in cases where a student discontinues the course due to personal reasons, including but not limited to family issues, health concerns, financial constraints, employment commitments, or time management difficulties.

3. Refund Eligibility (Placement Guarantee Clause)

CCN shall process a refund of the course fees only under the following condition, if CCN fails to provide placement to the student upon successful completion of the training, subject to compliance with the conditions mentioned herein.

The student must have:

  • Maintained a minimum of 80% attendance during the course (mandatory)
  • Successfully cleared all internal assessments and examinations
  • Actively participated in all interview preparation sessions organized by CCN
  • Completed all lab work, assignments, and tasks provided by trainers within the stipulated timelines
  • Demonstrated seriousness and commitment towards the training program as reasonably determined by CCN

The placement guarantee, as stated in CCN's commitment "100% Job Placement on Written and Signed Bond Agreement or Fees Refund," shall be applicable only if the student has fulfilled all the above conditions. In the event that all the above conditions are fulfilled by the student, and CCN still fails to secure a placement opportunity for the student, CCN shall refund 100% of the course fees paid by the student.

4. Interpretation and Final Authority

Connecting Cyber Networks reserves the sole discretion to determine a student's compliance with the above mentioned conditions. Any decision taken by Connecting Cyber Networks in this regard shall be final and binding.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once the refund is approved by Connecting Cyber Networks, it will take 5-7 working days to process and credit the amount to your bank account. The processing time may vary depending on your bank's policies and procedures.
